A commercial hub in Rotterdam
Samples, documentation and allocation conversations now run from the Netherlands, closer to the flavour houses and food manufacturers that buy most of our output.
From June, commercial conversations with Sunward run out of Rotterdam. The growing rooms stay in Portugal; what moves is the part of the business that sits across a table from buyers.
The hub holds a sample library (every released lot, under argon), the grading files, and a small team that can answer specification questions the same day. It also shortens the path for sample shipments inside the EU to one or two days.
If you have an open sample request with us, it will ship from the Netherlands from now on. Nothing changes about the product itself.
