What we keep, and why.
Short version: we store what you send us so we can answer you, we do not sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Contact form and email. Your name, email address, organisation, the category you chose and the message itself. We also keep the technical headers of emails you send us.
- Newsletter. Your email address, the time you confirmed, and the address you confirmed from. You can unsubscribe with the link in every message.
- Server logs. Our reverse proxy keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time) for 14 days for security and debugging.
What we do not do
- No advertising or analytics trackers. The anti-spam check on our forms runs entirely on our own server and sends nothing to third parties.
- No selling or sharing of contact data. Messages are read by our team only.
- No automated decisions about you. Messages are sorted automatically into a queue (supply, press, careers and so on) purely to route them to the right person; a person reads and answers every one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact and for up to three years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Where we have a commercial relationship, records are kept as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Write to the address above; we reply within a month. If you are in the EU/EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where it lives
Our website, database and email server run on infrastructure we operate ourselves inside the EU. Transactional email (confirmations, replies) is sent from our own mail server.
